This evening will introduce you to the basics of whisky, from single malts to blends, Bourbon to Japanese styles. Over the course of the evening, your host will explain the process behind one of the world’s best-loved spirits, signposting what to look out for in the glass. You’ll taste a range of whiskies, uncovering whisky’s diversity – spanning the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, North America, Taiwan and Japan.
