Description

Join us for an evening devoted to two of the most famous communes from the Right Bank of Bordeaux: Pomerol and St Emilion. This tasting will begin with two of our own-label “benchmark” wines from each commune before taking you through wines from some of the region’s greatest names and vintages. The finale will be a pair of wines from the hallowed Millennium vintage, featuring the iconic Cheval Blanc which has previously been awarded 100 points in Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate.

Wines to be tasted:
2018 Antech, Crémant de Limoux, Expression, Brut, Languedoc
2019 Berry Bros. & Rudd St Emilion by Château Simard
2019 Berry Bros. & Rudd Pomerol by Château Feytit-Clinet
2015 Château la Clotte, St Emilion
2016 Château Gazin, Pomerol
2006 Château Canon, St Emilion
2009 Château Le Bon Pasteur, Pomerol
2014 Château Ausone, St Emilion
2014 Vieux Château Certan, Pomerol
2000 Château Cheval Blanc, St Emilion
2000 Château la Conseillante, Pomerol en magnum

Dress code: smart casual

NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event. Most of the wines will be available to order afterwards.
