Join our Champagne Buyer Davy Żyw and Mathieu Roland-Billecart, 7th generation and President of Billecart Salmon for a dinner to celebrate the new release of the 2009 Champagne Cuvée Elisabeth Salmon, Rosé, Brut.
Alongside a fantastic four-course menu created by our Executive Chef Stewart Turner, guests will have the rare chance to taste through back vintages of one of Champagne’s most beloved houses. During the meal Mathieu will guide guests and explain what makes each cuvée and vintage so special. This promises to be a remarkable evening, which no serious Champagne lover should miss.
