Join Henrietta Gullifer, our spirits specialist, in our historic cellars as she takes you through the world’s most famous brandy styles: Cognac, Armagnac, Brandy de Jerez, Calvados and Grappa. Henrietta will talk about the stills used to make each spirit, how they work, and the art involved in making the highest quality brandy. She will also explain which grape varieties (or other fruits!) are used to make each respective spirit, whilst also talking about quality hierarchies and sub-regions. It promises to be a fascinating evening for brandy-lovers.
