Description

Join us for our first ever “Hine Masterclass” with Eric Forget, Cellar Master, who has overseen countless releases in his two decades with Hine. This is an exclusive opportunity to take in the historic cellars of Berry Bros & Rudd and sample some special Hine Cognacs, aged for up to 69 years in cask. Hear from Eric about why each of these Cognacs are special, whilst enjoying some carefully paired canapes prepared by our Executive Chef, Stewart Turner.

One of the most well-regarded small Cognac houses, Hine have a unique link with the UK. Not only was their founder Thomas Hine from Dorset, but they also have the enviable title of the late Queen’s favourite Cognac. It is the only Cognac house to have a royal warrant, first bestowed on them in 1962, making them the sole supplier of the spirit to the Royal Family.

Cognacs to be tasted:

Hine Rare (40%)
Hine Antique XO (40%)
Hine Bonneuil 2012 (42.5%)
