Description

If you’ve ever wondered what the benefits are of cellaring wines, then this is almost certainly the tasting for you. With guidance from your expert host, this evening will help you understand how wines age in bottle in terms of the evolution of their appearance, aromatic profile, flavour spectrum and structure, and why this might be beneficial or desirable.

After an apéritif of an English sparkling wine, we will delve deep into the 2013 vintage from around the globe, tasting wines made by the great and good in Champagne, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rioja, Bolgheri and the Napa Valley.
