Join Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier and Gusbourne’s International Ambassador, for a global exclusive as we celebrate the launch of Gusbourne’s prestige sparkling wine, Fifty One Degrees North 2016.

Laura has worked with our Executive Chef Stewart Turner to create a mouth-watering four-course dinner, held in the beautiful surroundings of the Sussex Cellar in London’s St James’s. Each course will be perfectly partnered with a duo of Gusbourne wines.

The first two courses will celebrate Gusbourne’s single-vineyard wines, exploring the intricate differences Chardonnay and Pinot Noir display when they’re grown in Kent versus Sussex. Laura will then guide you through the 2016 vintage of Fifty One Degrees North. We’ll follow this tasting with the main course, which will be paired with a duo of still Barrel Selection wines. The meal will conclude on a sweet note with Gusbourne’s latest small-batch creation, Chardonnay RS180, served alongside a delicious dessert.

Throughout the evening, Laura will guide you through a brief history of English wine, bringing to life Gusbourne’s fascinating story. As you’ll discover, their dedication to detail and constant innovation means Gusbourne is crafting world-class wines in a thrilling wine region.
