How to order
Shop online at bbr.com, In-store: by visiting us at 63 Pall Mall or our Warehouse Shop in Basingstoke, By telephone: 0800 280 2440 (please note that calls may be recorded or monitored for training purposes). By email: firstname.lastname@example.org. By post: please ccntact customer services to request an order form. Return your completed order form with payment to Berry Bros.& Rudd Ltd, FREEPOST BZ747, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 2BR (no stamp is required if posted in the UK). Parcels that are to be delivered to different addresses should be detailed in the boxes provided on the order form. If there is insufficient space, please use a blank sheet of paper (be sure to fill in your details on this sheet and attach it to your order form). If you would like to include a message with your parcel, please indicate in the space provided. Your message will be printed on a Berry Bros. & Rudd Christmas card and despatched with your gift. We regret that we are unable to accept customers’ own Christmas cards to be sent with orders. Please note that orders by post must be received by 12 noon on Monday 17th December 2018.
We are happy to accept payment by cash (in-store only), Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Delta or Maestro.
Multi-delivery corporate orders must be placed by 12 noon on Wednesday 12th December 2018 in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas. Please contact email@example.com or telephone 0800 280 2440 for further details.
Our Standard UK Delivery service is free on all orders valued £200 or more per delivery address. For orders under £200, our Standard Delivery fee of £7.50 will be applied per delivery address. Premium delivery services are also available at an increased fee. Please note that premium delivery services are not available in the following areas, nor is the ability to specify a delivery date: the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles. Please provide a daytime telephone number and indicate any “if out” instructions or special requests in the Delivery Instructions box for the recipients of your gifts. We cannot deliver to addresses without postcodes. Postcodes must be included with every delivery address. Inaccurate postcodes may delay delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer. We deliver to many countries worldwide using a network of experienced wine shippers and couriers, subject to individual countries’ rules on the importation of alcohol. Export orders are subject to a minimum order value of £200 (excluding delivery charges) per delivery address. Overseas orders may be liable to import taxes in the destination country, which the recipient will be liable for unless paid in advance at the time of placing the order. Export deliveries are subject to customs clearance which is outside our control. We accept no liability for delays caused by customs authorities. All overseas orders are packed in export cartons for safe transit; if you require us to send original wooden cases or gift packaging with your order please notify us when placing your order. We regret that we are not able to send any parcels containing foodstuffs outside the UK. Orders must be received by 6pm on Friday 7th December 2018 for all export orders (excluding Switzerland, the Channel Islands and the EU) and by 6pm on Friday 14th December 2018 for orders being delivered to Switzerland, the Channel Islands and the EU. If you wish to collect parcels from our London or Basingstoke shops please indicate on the order form. Last orders for shop collections before Christmas must be placed by 12 noon on Thursday 20th December 2018. Orders can be collected until 12 noon on Saturday 22nd December 2018. Christmas delivery dates To guarantee delivery in the UK by Christmas, orders must be received before midnight on Wednesday 19th December 2018*. While not guaranteed, orders will still be accepted after this date and every effort will be made to deliver prior to Christmas. Parcels indicated on the order form for Christmas delivery will be despatched from Monday 3rd December 2018. During this busy period we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times and are not able to advise recipients of impending deliveries. It is therefore very important to complete the Delivery Instructions box (eg If not in please leave with neighbour at Number 43/ in garden shed...) and to provide a contact number at the delivery address. *Guaranteed delivery dates may be earlier for parcels being delivered to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and some areas of Scotland and for overseas orders. Please ensure that recipients are aware that their gifts will be arriving or notify a neighbour with whom the package can be left. Please indicate any “if out” instructions or requests in the Delivery Instructions box.
Our gift packaging range includes our superior quality cardboard boxes, wicker baskets and branded six-bottle wooden cases. The gifts are presented as indicated in their descriptions.
Substitutions and pricing
All items shown in the catalogue are offered subject to stocks remaining unsold. Unless otherwise stated, single-bottle prices within this brochure are for a 75cl-bottle of wine and a 70cl-bottle of spirits. To avoid delay in the processing of your order, Berry Bros. & Rudd reserves the right to substitute wines of a similar value should an “out of stock” situation arise. On occasion, vintages may vary from those shown in the brochure. All prices are correct at the time of going to print. All prices are inclusive of VAT and packaging.

Prices and case sizes in this brochure are valid from 9am on Thursday 1st November 2018 and end at 6pm on Monday 31st December 2018, subject to stocks remaining unsold. All purchases of wines and spirits and other goods and services from Berry Bros. & Rudd are subject to Berry Bros. & Rudd’s standard terms of sale in addition to any terms stated in this brochure.
