Orders must be received before midday on Friday 20th December 2019 to guarantee delivery in the UK by Christmas.
Orders must be received by 6pm on Monday 9th December 2019 for all export orders (excluding Switzerland, the Channel Islands and the EU) and by 6pm on Monday 16th December 2019 for orders being delivered to Switzerland, the Channel Islands and the EU.
Multi-delivery corporate orders must be placed by 12 noon on Wednesday 11th December 2019 in order to guarantee delivery by Christmas.

Parcels that are to be delivered to different addresses should be detailed in the boxes provided on the order form. If there is insufficent space, please use a blank sheet of paper (be sure to fill in your details on this sheet and attach it to your order form).
If you would like to include a message with your parcel, please indicate in the space provided. Your message will be printed on a Berry Bros. & Rudd note card and despatched with your gift. We regret that we are unable to accept customers’ own Christmas cards to be sent with orders. Please note that orders by post must be received by 12 noon on Monday 16th December 2019.
Please note that all orders are subject to a minimum order value of £25 per delivery address, excluding delivery costs.
We are happy to accept payment by cash (in-store only), Mastercard, American Express, Visa, Delta or Maestro.
Our Standard UK Delivery service is free on all
orders valued £200 or more per delivery address.
For orders under £200, our Standard Delivery fee
of £10 will be applied per delivery address. Premium
delivery services are also available at an increased
fee. Please note that premium delivery services are
not available in the following areas, nor is the ability
to specify a delivery date: the Scottish Highlands,
Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight
and the Scilly Isles.
Please provide a daytime telephone number and indicate any “if out” instructions or special requests in the Delivery Instructions box for the recipients of your gifts.
We cannot deliver to addresses without postcodes. Postcodes must be included with every delivery address. Inaccurate postcodes may delay delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery of orders that have not been completed due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer. If you have any delivery queries please contact us on 0800 280 2440.
If you wish to collect parcels from our London or Basingstoke shops please indicate on the order form. Last orders for shop collections before Christmas must be placed by midday on Friday 20th December 2019. Orders can be collected until midday on Tuesday 24th December 2019.
Christmas Cases savings
The savings available on our Christmas Cases are valid when you buy two cases from the same collection and to the same delivery address until Tuesday 31st December.
Please ensure that recipients are aware that their gifts will be arriving or notify a neighbour with whom the package can be left. Please indicate any “if out” instructions or requests in the Delivery Instructions box.
Complimentary wine glasses
Receive a complimentary box of four Burgundy glasses when you spend £250 or more on BBR.com in one order, excluding BBX, en primeur and in bond orders. To qualify, please add the glasses to your basket before ordering; the price of the glasses will be removed at checkout. This offer is available until Monday 18th November.
Our gift packaging range includes our superior quality cardboard boxes, wicker baskets and branded six-bottle wooden cases. The gifts are presented as indicated in their descriptions.
Substitutions and pricing
All items shown in the catalogue are offered subject to stocks remaining unsold. Unless otherwise stated, single-bottle prices within this brochure are for a 75cl bottle of wine and a 70cl bottle of spirits. To avoid delay in the processing of your order, Berry Bros. & Rudd reserves the right to substitute wines of a similar value should an “out of stock” situation arise. On occasion, vintages may vary from those shown in the brochure.
