I’d like to join Wine Club?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer a Wine Club service. However, we do have a team of wine advisors who can help you put together mixed cases tailored to your taste. Please contact the team on email@example.com.
What happens to existing Wine Club members?
If you have a Wine Club membership, you should have received a letter or email telling you about the Club closure, and that the final delivery will take place in July 2019. A Personal Wine Advisor will be on hand to help members going forward; if you need to speak to one of the team, please call 0800 280 2440.
Why are you closing Wine Club?
Flexibility, convenience and a more bespoke package are now key to providing the superb level of service to which we aspire. In its current guise, Wine Club simply doesn’t provide our members with the choice we know they want. We feel that our team of Wine Advisors will be able to offer customers a more personal and convenient way to buy their wine.
I’ve bought a gift for someone, what happens to this?
We have contacted our gift members to let them know that the Club is closing. All gift members will be able to spend the remaining credit on their account at bbr.com. A Personal Wine Advisor will be in touch with members to offer their assistance.
I’ve received a Wine Club gift, what happens next?
You should have received a letter or email explaining that the Club is closing. Any remaining credit on your membership will be made available for you spend online or instore. A Personal Wine Advisor will be in touch to offer assistance; alternatively, you can contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org..
What happens to Wine Club benefits?
If you are currently a Wine Club member, you will keep your 10% discount and free delivery until the end of the year (31st December 2019).
When will my last case be delivered?
The last cases will be delivered in the week commencing 22nd July.
When will the last payment be taken?
The last Direct Debit payment will be taken in the week commencing 1st July. This is the second payment towards the July case. All Wine Club Direct Debit instructions will be cancelled shortly after this.
I’ve skipped a case, what happens?
If you are not scheduled to receive the July case but would now like to receive it as your final one, please contact email@example.com before Friday 12th July.
