Plymouth Gin

Plymouth Gin is made to an original recipe from 1793, using 100% grain spirit and only natural flavourings. This differs from "London" Gins in that no bitter botanicals are used. The unique blend of sweet botanicals gives a smoother, mellower flavour, which pairs it well with food.

Plymouth Gin is unique in two ways: firstly it is a unique style, being one of only three styles - London gin, Dutch gin and Plymouth gin. Secondly, it is the only gin with a geographic designation, which can be compared to an appellation controlée.
