Château du Gaby

Château du Gaby is located in the Canon-Fronsac appellation and is perched on top of a hilly limestone plateau amongst some of Bordeaux's prettiest countryside. This historic property, now under new ownership, has undergone much renovation with the vineyards being groomed to produce the highest quality fruit possible. Here the vines are cultivated without the use of weed killers and pesticides, with only organic fertilisers being used. Château du Gaby is typically a blend of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, producing a superby rounded wine with youthful summer fruits and a hint of cinnamon and vanilla.
