1. Berry Bros. & Rudd gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods listed by Berry Bros. & Rudd. When the price of the goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will be credited to the customer's account.
2. Gift vouchers cannot be used to discharge indebtedness on previous orders or in respect of accounts held at Berry Bros. & Rudd, nor any of its associated companies.
3. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
4. Damaged or defaced gift vouchers can not be redeemed or refunded.
5. Promotional vouchers cannot be used for payment for gift vouchers.
6. Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
