He grows his grapes in the extraordinary setting of the slopes of Mount Etna, one of the world’s most impressive live volcanoes. Altitudes of up to 1,000 metres lend freshness and a lightness of touch to his wines, whilst the black lava soil imbues them with a compelling minerality. This evening he will guide you through his stunning range of wines, made from the fascinating native Sicilian grape varieties Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio.
