Description

Australian wine has never been better, and who better to guide you through its intricacies than our very own Aussie — and New World Wine Specialist — Richard Veal. Richard has picked a splendid selection of wines to showcase the breadth and depth of which Australia is capable. You will try wines made from a wide variety of grape varieties including Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Viognier and Riesling, spanning Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales…..and that’s just the morning session. Following this will be an Aussie-inspired luncheon which will take place ‘down under’ in our historic Napoleon Cellar. Join Richard to find out what Oz has to offer.

One Day Wine School

One Day Wine School

Our one-day wine schools are a great way to get a thorough overview of a region in a day.

Starting in the morning with tea and coffee on arrival, we spend around 2 hours exploring the region, with 8-12 wines showcasing all different styles. With the basics covered, we head to our vaulted Napoleon cellar for an aperitif and to put the morning’s education to the test with 5 more wines paired over a delicious lunch, crafted by Head Chef Stewart Turner.

The day finishes around 3.30pm.
