Weekday Course Days are our new launch and suitable for those that prefer to concentrate on learning about specific wine regions in a small intimate setting for groups no larger than 16.
There will be a morning and afternoon tutorial, taking place in the Pickering Cellar and led by our knowledgable staff who are passionate about teaching and empowering you with your newfound knowledge and experience. The proceedings will break for a refreshing and restorative picnic lunch as well as intermittent tea and coffee breaks. The day is devoted to learning about wine through taste, interaction and discussion with fellow attendees.
A maximum of 4 tickets is permitted per customer.

Escape from the outside world for a day in our Pickering Cellar as you learn about one of the world’s most famous wine regions, Bordeaux. Your tutor, Master of Wine Anne McHale, will guide you through the key styles, grape varieties and classifications of this fascinating region in a highly educational one day course. You will taste eight wines in the morning session before you break for a delicious buffet luncheon prepared by our team of expert chefs, followed by a further eight wines in the afternoon.
