Red fruits dominate Pierre Peters Rosé Champagne, packed with raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, alongside rose petal and lavender. Minerality and nuttiness dominates Jacquesson’s Cuvée 737: the nose is flinty with notes of hazelnut and almond on the palate. Spiciness and creaminess dominate 2006 Champagne Larmandier-Bernier, made from 75 year old vines, with notes of orchard fruit and pepper. Sweet floral honey dominates Bouchard’s elegant and expressive non vintage Blanc de Noirs.
