Description

Guy Davies will show you three vintages from Bordeaux: 2005, 2002 and 2000, explaining the weather patterns of each year and how these are manifested in the wines. He will then show these vintages in two neighbouring Châteaux in the commune of Margaux, namely Ch. Giscours and Ch. du Tertre. This gives us the opportunity to taste the development of one Château in three vintages (vertical tasting) and also to compare the two properties in the same year (horizontal tasting). This is a great opportunity to compare and contrast your preferences in these wines, whilst enjoying a delicious dinner created by Stewart Turner, our Head Chef.
