Description

This very special tasting will be a rare opportunity to compare and contrast vintage Champagne with prestige cuvées. Tasting the wines in pairs, you will be able to see for yourself the difference between the finest wines of a producer, the prestige or deluxe cuvées, and their often underrated vintage counterparts. Explore wines from small growers such as Pierre Peters, right through to the Grandes Marques, comparing Moët’s Grand Vintage with Dom Pérignon, and vintage Roederer with the inimitable Cristal. An evening to savour.

Wines to be tasted in pairs:

2009 Champagne Pierre Peters, Cuvée Spéciale, Les Chétillons

2008 Champagne Mailly, L'Intemporelle, Grand Cru, Brut
2004 Champagne Mailly, Les Echansons, Grand Cru
