Tonight's tasting in the Pickering Cellar will showcase a fascinating line-up of different sparkling wine styles. From Prosecco to Champagne, Southern France to Spain and England to Australia, your bubbly tutor Barbara Drew will take you through the finer points of each style, discussing production methods, aromas, flavours, popularity and more.
Accompanied by a selection of cheeses and a tasty mini-dish prepared by our chefs, this will be a scintillating evening.
