New Zealand is famous for its white wines, particularly the Sauvignon Blanc which catapulted the country’s wines onto the world stage in the Eighties. Lesser known are its very fine reds which have been growing in reputation for a while.
Join Richard Veal as he showcases some of the best. Despite being an Aussie, he promises to be impartial as he takes you through top Pinot Noir from a range of different regions and producers; you will also try examples of Syrah and Bordeaux blends and will even sample a New Zealand Montepulciano. This promises to be a fascinating and very educational evening.
N.B. Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd stocks at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards
