Description
We love cheese almost as much as wine and this evening is dedicated to the subtle (and not so subtle) delights of the wonderful variety of culinary uses for cheese. Taking in as many varieties of cheese as possible, from zesty goats’ cheese to rich, savoury blues, our talented Head Chef Stewart Turner will prepare a dazzling, delicious and rich four-course menu based around fromage. To match, your host Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew will select an eclectic array of wines, taking in both classic regions and more unusual areas of the world.
