Description

Celebrate the cocoa bean at this evening’s special dinner devoted to chocolate. Our talented Head Chef Stewart Turner will be showing that chocolate doesn’t just work in truffles and cakes, but can also complement savoury food very well. With a delicious four-course menu, starting with an exquisite fish dish, before moving on to hearty, cocoa-dusted mains, we will of course save room for an indulgent chocolate dessert. Your host, Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew, has selected a range of outstanding and versatile wines to pair with the menu, including an elegant German red, a wine from a top Californian producer and, to end, a smooth and softly sweet brandy.
