Description
Chris Pollington is extremely well-versed in Italian wines, and has chosen the central part if Italy for the focus of this dinner. Come and celebrate the wines of Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo and Umbria, which will be served alongside your four-course Italian inspired dinner. Imagine the dramatic backdrop of the Apennines as you venture around them to the East and the West. There will be fascinating wines from the coast, sumptuous Sangiovese from further inland, interesting grapes such as Sagrantino too and, of course, pure passito dessert wines for the grand finale.
