Delivery
UK delivery times and costs
Orders can only be dispatched to a single address per transaction. If you intend to ship items to multiple addresses, please generate individual orders for each destination.
If you’d like to arrange a transfer of bonded stock to another bonded warehouse, please click here for more information.*

10 working days: HS1-9, IV30-56, KW 15-17, PH42-44
Orders for the Channel Islands are handled as international deliveries.
International Delivery
We can deliver to all of the destinations below. If you would like a quote or would like to know the status of countries not listed below, you can get in touch here, please select “export query”. We regret that glasses, accessories, and books cannot be sent to overseas addresses.
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Switzerland.
North America: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, Grenada, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, USA, Trinidad and Tobago.
Asia: Bhutan, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan.
Africa: South Africa.
Rest of the World: Australia, Falkland Islands, Jordan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico.
How do I track my order?
Our orders are delivered by either our own Berry Bros. & Rudd or our partner courier, DHL. You can track your order using your tracking code, which you’ll find in your dispatch confirmation email. If your order is being delivered by DHL, you can track it here. If you provided your mobile number when you placed your order, you will be kept up to date via text message.
Minimum order value
There’s no minimum order for UK addresses, but the delivery costs may change depending on the order value.
International deliveries have a minimum order value of £100.
Invoices
As part of our commitment to reducing paper usage and supporting environmental sustainability, printed delivery notes are no longer included by default with duty-paid orders delivered within the UK. However, we continue to provide printed invoices with all bonded deliveries and international orders.
Split deliveries
Occasionally we have to split your order across more than one delivery. If that happens, you’ll receive notifications for each delivery.
Collecting orders
You’re welcome to collect an order from either of our shops during opening hours.
Orders are usually ready after three working days, but we recommend calling to confirm before coming to the shop. See our shop addresses and contact details.
Glassware, accessories and books
Glassware, accessories, and books are subject to special delivery terms. Please contact us for more information. Unfortunately, we’re not able to deliver glassware to Northern Ireland or outside the UK.
Original wine cases
All international orders and some UK orders are taken out of their original cases and repacked in delivery cartons for safe transit.
If you would like the original cases, then please contact us to arrange.
