Sourced from the granite hills of Stellenbosch, a terroir ideally situated near False Bay, just outside Cape Town, the Syrah grapes boast a prime location for achieving excellence.

The wine represents a pinnacle of the producer’s pursuit of perfection, as they proudly utilise the purportedly “superior” pure SH99 Syrah clone, ensuring the finest quality grapes. Employing a winemaking process that involves 100% whole-bunch fermentation, they infuse the wine with complexity and a distinct character that sets it apart.
