That Boutique-y Rum Company, formed in 2012, is part of That Boutique-y Drinks Company, an independent spirits bottler in Tonbridge, Kent. It is run by Sam Simmons, winner of the Blender of the Year title at The Spirits Business Awards 2023, working alongside experienced spirits consultant and writer Peter Holland.
The portfolio is broad, including both aged and unaged rums sourced from around the world, made using a variety of methods in a range of styles. The range is also notable for its distinctive bottles with eye-catching illustrations.
