Sullivans Cove Distillery was founded in 1994 in Tasmania. It has quickly risen to prominence in the whisky world, known for its small-batch production and winning several awards. The team uses Tasmanian barley and pure Tasmanian water. The French Oak Ex Tawny Cask expressions are particularly sought after and are known for their rich and decadent profiles.
