Quincy

A tiny if growing appellation to the west of Sancerre, producing bright, nettle-perfumed, light-bodied Sauvignon Blancs from lighter, sandy, quartz-undulating soils. Domaine Jean-Michel Sorbe is a fine source of such wines.
