Clos du Roi

Clos du Roi is a Grand Cru vineyard located in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune sub-region. It is situated on the Corton hill, the only Grand Cru vineyard in Burgundy that produces both red and white wines.

The vineyard is known for its complex and powerful wines, particularly the reds made from Pinot Noir grapes. The soil in Clos du Roi is rich in limestone and clay, which imparts a unique minerality and structure to the wines, which are known for their depth, concentration, and ageing potential.
