So why is Grands Epenots smaller than Petits Epenots? Apparently the relative naming derives from the length of the rows in each part of the vineyard, they being longer in ‘Grands’. Domaine de Montille, Vincent Girardin and Louis Jadot produce Grands Epenots bottlings.
