47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 11% Petit Verdot raspberry and black cherry on the nose, just a hint of vanilla. Typical Saint Estèphe: good tannic structure, pepper and black cherry on the finish gives this wine body and a bright finish . Best served at cellar temperature 15 to 16 degrees Celsius to make the most of the wines freshness. Young vintages can be decanted for 1-2 hours. Great with all types of classic meat dishes, and delicious with a wide variety of Asian food.

57% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 2% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. A typical vintage with majority merlot. Smoky, liquorice and forest fruits on the nose. Already drinking well – good texture and balance with raspberry, herbs and a touch of earthiness -a glass of pleasure. Serve at about 16 degrees C. and decant for 1 -2 hours before serving. Perfect with grilled meats and good match for middle-eastern and oriental dishes.
