Just after you’ve booked your place, we’ll email you with an order confirmation number instead of a ticket. If the email states that tickets will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, please ignore this.

Please contact us with the name and date of the tasting, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient. This is so we can contact them directly with the details of the event.

If you’d like a gift letter to be sent out, please contact us.

If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events but you’re no longer able to attend, please contact our Events team.

Please note that we’re not able to offer refunds for events that are cancelled less than seven working days before the date of the event. If you’re cancelling an event outside the seven day cancellation window, then we can offer a full refund to your original payment method.
