Our response to Coronavirus
As of the recent Government guidelines from 8th December, events can continue as planned, therefore our Events spaces will remain fully open and ready to welcome guests.
Types of events
Berry Bros. & Rudd offer a wide range of in-person and virtual events and experiences. To discover more visit here
What sort of events do you offer?
We currently offer tutored tastings, wine courses, private events and virtual events. Find out more about our events here.
Do you run private events?
We can tailor both our virtual or in-person events to suit your requirements. Please contact us for more information.
How can I learn more about wine with you?
All our events are hosted by experts who will be happy to share their knowledge. Find out more about our events here.
How will I receive my ticket?
Just after you’ve booked your place, we’ll email you with an order confirmation number instead of a ticket. Due to the current circumstances, we’re no longer sending out physical tickets. If the email states that tickets will be despatched within 2-3 working days, please ignore this.
I’ve purchased an event as a gift. Is there anything I need to do?
Please contact us with the name and date of the tasting, along with the name, telephone number and email address of the recipient. This is so we can contact them directly with the details of the event and arrange deliveries in the case of virtual tastings.
I’ve included a gift message. How will this be delivered?
For virtual tastings, your gift message will arrive with the wines 7-14 working days before the tasting. If you’d like a gift letter to be sent out, please contact us.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you’ve purchased a ticket to one of our events but you're no longer able to attend, please contact our Events team.
Events at No.3 St James’s
Please note that we’re not able to offer refunds for virtual tastings or in-person events that are cancelled less than seven working days before the date of the event.
If you’re cancelling an event outside of the 7-day cancellation window, then we can offer a full refund to the original payment method.
Virtual events
For virtual tastings, if you cancel after the wines have been delivered, a £10 collection charge will be deducted from your refund.
Virtual events: When will I receive my wines (and cheeses)?
Between 7-14 days before the event, we’ll be in touch to confirm the date that your wines are due for delivery. If your tasting includes cheese, we’ll confirm the date of your cheese delivery in the week leading up to the event. Please note that all cheeses are sent directly from our cheese supplier, not from Berry Bros. & Rudd. Cheeses will not arrive with the wines, but 1-2 days before the tasting to ensure they’re fresh.
Virtual events: When will I receive my Zoom login details?
In the days leading up to the tasting, we’ll email you the instructions relating to the tasting, along with the Zoom link and the tasting sheet.
