Château Goubau

Delicious, mineral freshness on the nose which gives way to aromas of autumn fruits, good oak flavours and spice. On the palate lots of ripe fruit – red fruits and brambles with a good tannic structure, attractive, intense and persistent. Best served at about 18 -19C, decant an hour before serving. Lovely with red meats and winter stews.
