Domaine Jayer-Gilles

Gilles Jayer-Gilles has taken over from his father Robert, himself grandson of Henri Jayer’s uncle Adolphe. The domaine continues its policy of significant new oak but is now less extreme, indeed more judicious, in its application. Vineyard holdings include Nuits-St-Georges Les Hauts Poirets, Nuits-St-Georges premier cru Les Damodes and half a hectare of Echézeaux.
