Description
Our Tasting Menu series of dinners is intended to take the hard work out of deciding which wine to enjoy with which food. This gourmet evening will take place in the unique surrounds of the Sussex Cellar, two floors below No. 3 St James's Street. This event will focus on the seasonal delights of game, with each of our Head Chef's dishes expertly paired with a wine Head of Events and Education Richard Veal. Expect to find a range of different styles and surprisingly perfect pairings. The evening will conclude with fresh mint tea, specially selected coffee and chocolate, and a nip of The King’s Ginger.
Dress code: smart casual
NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
