Description
Uncover the wonders of vintage fizz in the company of other Champagne-lovers. This evening, you’ll discover what makes the Champagne region so exceptional and challenging for vintage wine production, delving into the processes behind its production – a method which has been developed and honed over centuries. You will also be tasting 11 Champagnes, producers on show include vintage and prestige cuvées from Grandes Marques such as Krug, Bollinger and Dom Pérignon. Greeted on arrival with a classic vintage in the making (2012) you will sample other great vintages such as 2008 and 2002 and we’ll finish the evening by tasting a 1990 La Grande Dame from Veuve Clicquot.
