Join us for one of our fine dining evenings. A perfect way to find out more about a specific wine region or style, or to simply relax over a more leisurely affair absorbing the knowledge of your expert host over several courses of the finest food and wine.
Food will be prepared in-house by our fantastic team, with Head Chef Stewart Turner at the helm; while our range of wine specialists will guide you through the glass in your hand.

Description
California is widely considered to be producing some of the greatest fine wines of the modern era and this dinner will show you why. The evening will commence with a wine made from California’s premier white grape variety, Chardonnay, by one of its greatest exponents, David Ramey.
From then on, the focus will be on red wines, starting with an elegant and perfumed Pinot Noir from Racines before moving on to a rare opportunity to try a Syrah from probably the greatest of all the cult Californian wine producers, Sine Qua Non.
As if that wasn’t enough, the evening’s focal point will be a study of Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends from some of North America’s finest producers. Indeed, paired with the main course guests will have the chance to try two 100-point wines from the highly revered modern producers, Spottswoode and Harlan Estate, alongside a vintage of the fabled Monte Bello from stalwart, Ridge Vineyards.
As ever, our wonderful Head Chef, Stewart Turner, will devise a delicious four-course menu to ensure the evening is the height of gourmet indulgence.
