Inspired by the freshest produce, our seasonal lunches and dinners are ingredient-led events that focus on one or two seasonal foods and allow our in-house kitchen team to showcase their skill and creativity.
Our Executive Chef, Stewart Turner, will create an indulgent five-course tasting menu which will be carefully matched with wines from all corners of the globe. Each course will be introduced by your wine expert host to explain the dish and the rationale behind the pairing, before inviting you to offer your thoughts as to which wine you think worked the best. Along the way you will pick up tips and tricks for reading restaurant wine lists and how to communicate more effectively with sommeliers, as well as pointers for the preparation and service of wine for your own dinner parties.
