The King’s Ginger 50ml
Cider 150ml
Apple juice 150ml
Lemon wheel
Cinnamon stick
Blackberries
How to serve
Pour the King’s Ginger, cider and apple juice into a large saucepan, until the liquid begins to simmer. Add a stick of cinnamon and allow the flavours to mull.
When you’re ready to serve, garnish with a few blackberries and a wheel of lemon for added freshness.
