Mijenta, Blanco Tequila (40%)

A very faint pink hue makes this visually highly appealing in the glass, and it doesn’t disappoint in terms of taste or quality either. Cardamom and violet come through on the nose with a nicely balanced rose petal and honeyed flavour on the mid-palate. Easy to sip on its own, this beautiful Tequila maintains a strong identity even over ice with a generous helping of tonic. Bring on the sunshine.
