Description

Come and enjoy the company of Isobel Watson Smith whose great passion is food and wine matching. After a sparkling apéritif, you will descend to dinner in our Sussex Cellar. Over the course of the evening, you will sample two wines with each of the four courses prepared by our Head Chef Stewart Turner. You’ll have the chance to compare and contrast, testing out which wine works best as your host explains exactly why certain pairings are more successful than others.
