Given her love of good food and wine, Isobel Watson Smith is the most unlikely individual to be hosting a “detox dinner”. But, she is seizing the opportunity to explore how best to do a detox – without sacrificing flavour. After an indulgent Christmas, settle down to a long dinner savouring three surprisingly healthy dishes, all accompanied by delicious wines that fit the theme – whether naturally low in alcohol, vegan or low in sugar.
