Join Italy Specialist Chris Pollington for a romp around the best vineyards of Italy’s most scenic and historic regions: Tuscany, Marche and Umbria. Over the course of the evening, you will taste delicious Brunello, Sagrantino and Montepulciano as well as an array of white wines and superb sparkling wine. Our Head Chef will prepare five decadent courses inspired by Italy’s extraordinary cuisine to match each bottle uncorked, while Chris will share his knowledge of the wines on show.
