Description

Tonight will offer the perfect excuse to dress for dinner, celebrating the elegance of a bygone era with a feast dedicated to white Burgundy, Claret and Port. These most classic wines will be expertly complemented by a superb flight of four dishes prepared by our talented Head Chef, Stewart Turner (previously of Michelin-starred The Waterside Inn at Bray). After a glass of vintage Champagne in the Green Room, you will sit down for dinner, enjoying Domaine de la Vougeraie’s heavenly Premier Cru Clos Blanc de Vougeot. Three traditional mature Clarets from the 1996 vintage will follow, before you move onto a luscious Barsac and rich Port to accompany the cheese course. Your host will guide you through each wine as you enjoy the formal surroundings, stunning food and superb company.
