Description
As we gear up to celebrate Australia Day, come and taste the best of the country’s vinous treasures. Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew has extensive knowledge of Australia’s different terroirs and styles and will talk you through a splendid selection which showcase the breadth and depth of the country’s wine. You will try a wide range of grape varieties including Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay, as well as some more unusual grapes, hailing from Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria. You will also be served two miniature dishes, artisan cheese and an array of delicious nibbles. Hosted by Barbara Drew, Wine and Education Specialist
