Description
Named three years in a row the most innovative distillery in the world, The Cambridge Distillery combines top quality raw materials with decades of experience in the pursuit of gin perfection. Join Owner and Master Distiller, Will Lowe, and our very own Barbara Drew MW at this evening exploring the art and science of gin. From exploring the effects of different botanicals on the final spirit, to discussing the different decisions in the distillation process, this tasting will guide you through everything you ever wanted to know about gin. We’ll taste a range of gins from the distillery, from its famous Truffle Gin and the intriguing Anty Gin, to its seasonal gins and a couple of secret prototype projects. The tasting will be accompanied by a couple of mini dishes by Head Chef Stewart Turner.
