Description
Join us for a dinner exploring the fine wines of Burgundy. Over a four-course meal in our Napoleon Cellar, you’ll sample the region’s classic styles, hand-picked by your host. Starting with a pair of wines from Chablis, you’ll then move to a more voluptuous Chassagne-Montrachet and Domaine de la Vougeraie’s legendary Clos Blanc de Vougeot. Next you’ll taste a flight of three of the region’s most elegant reds, culminating in a Chambertin Grand Cru. Stewart Turner – our Head Chef – will craft a Burgundy-inspired menu to match the wines you’ll try on the night.
