Description
For too many years, Australia was known for full-on Shiraz and oaky Chardonnay - but today it has much more to offer. At this dinner, Fine Wine Specialist Sophie Thorpe will take you through a selection of fine wines from Australia. You'll taste fruit from some of the world's oldest vines and discover how "new" the New World can be, as you explore the exciting Aussie wine scene today. Over four courses in our Long Room, Sophie will take you from Margaret River to the Barossa Valley, sharing a little about each bottle uncorked. Hosted by Sophie Thorpe, Fine Wine Specialist
