Description
Join Fine Wine Account Manager and Italophile Chris Pollington for a five-course dinner inspired by the wine regions of Northern Italy. Lombardy will be introduced to you through a sumptuous glass of Franciacorta – Italy’s high-end sparkling wine made using the traditional, or Champagne, method. Chris will select wines from Piedmont and the Veneto for the following courses, telling you about each of them as they are poured, regaling you with stories of the winemakers.
