Description

Join us for an evening exploring four of Bordeaux’s most famous communes on the Left and Right Banks. Through a fascinating line-up of examples from top châteaux, you’ll have the chance to compare and contrast the different styles (white, red and sweet), looking at vintage variation and the wines’ ability to age. You’ll also get a feel for the context in which they’re made, as you learn how these wines relate to the rest of Bordeaux and how they represent the region in today’s international wine market. The final pair of wines from Sauternes, including Château d’Yquem, will ensure that the evening ends on a sweet note.
